All Dosdru products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners, Printful and Ninja POD.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the fulfillment partner assigned to your item.
Shipping Time Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- United States:5-8 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.
Multiple Shipments If your order contains items fulfilled by different partners, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delays During holidays or high-volume periods, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dosdru is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@dosdru.net within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
